Ignition coil was replaced on Cylinder 6 only. I had some misfiring issue and one local shop did the replacement for ignition coil, spark plug and Vano just 2 weeks back. _All these were German, I translated it using google. Will INPA software with a K+DCAN cable from ebay will work for 2008 528xi model? I did a search on google and came to know INPA with DCAN cable, I can do diagnosis same as BMW shop. So, thought to do diagnosis by myself and if possible, I can DIY for any small changes. :bawling: I don't want to spend so much again. After 1 week again the jerk and vibration started with engine light on. :tsk:Īfter heavy bill, everything was good. After opening he told spark plugs are original BMW and that also needs to be replaced. They did a scan and told, there is a misfire in cylinder 6 and ignition coil needs to be replaced + Vano also.

Once I started driving I got the same issue. Engine light went off and car was smooth. I was not aware what happened, so I pulled over and stoped and started again. After that vibration continued and engine light came on. 2 weeks back I suddenly felt vibration in my car when I was waiting for green signal in traffic.
